I suggest you verify integrity of the fiels in order to restore the proper FalloutLauncher.exe and FalloutNV.exe and run the patcher (This one Fallout 4gb Patcher by Roy Battarian ONLY on the FalloutNV.exe OK, you should only patch the FalloutNV.exe, NOT the launcher.
